Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager – Beach Club to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will lead the reception/front-of-house, delivering a warm, personalized arrival experience for guests and VIPs, while coordinating with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of luxury hospitality reception management, English fluency, and familiarity with Forbes 5-Star service standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years managing reception/front-of-house in luxury hospitality.
Fluent English with professional guest communication.
Additional language highly valued (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, etc.).
Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star service standards.
Familiarity with SevenRooms system.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage pre-arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
Review guest profiles and histories to anticipate individual needs and deliver personalized service.
Coordinate special occasions and VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams.
Deliver a warm, polished arrival experience aligned with Wynn and Forbes Travel Guide standards.
Personally recognize and manage VIP, repeat, and high-profile guests, ensuring a seamless handover to the service team.
Oversee reservations, waitlists, walk-ins, and queue management through systems such as SevenRooms.
Collaborate with floor and culinary teams to optimize seating flow, occupancy, and guest waiting times.
Lead, schedule, coach, and develop the reception team in guest engagement, conflict resolution, system proficiency, and Forbes service standards.
Conduct daily briefings on reservations, VIPs, special requests, and service pacing while reinforcing anticipatory, guest-centric service.
Capture guest preferences and feedback, support service recovery and post-visit follow-up, and use insights to continuously improve the guest experience.
