Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Cabana Receptionist - Pool Services to join the resort's Pool Services team in a luxury setting. You will greet guests, handle cabana check-ins/outs, and proactively assist guests with recommendations and requests.

The role requires 1–2 years in guest services or luxury hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality, tourism, or guest service certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in guest services, front office, concierge, or luxury hospitality operations.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or beach club preferred.
• Proficiency in reservation systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn departmental software and operational systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage cabana check-in and check-out procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries.
• Build positive guest relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain cabana inventory, reservations, and scheduling records.
• Coordinate arrivals with Pool Services, F&B, Housekeeping, and others.
• Maintain a luxury appearance in all guest areas.
• Support events and daily operations as required.
