Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager Beach Club to lead our resort's F&B front desk operations and elevate VIP guest experiences. You will oversee arrivals, reservations, and VIP handling, ensuring a polished, Forbes-standard service level across the team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in high-end reception roles, fluent English, and experience with Forbes 5-Star service; Arabic or other languages are a plus. Strong leadership and guest-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of front-of-house or reception management in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills highly valued.
• Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star service standards.
• Familiarity with SevenRooms reservation system.
• Proven leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception front-of-house operations and VIP handling.
• Lead, coach, and develop the reception team to Forbes standards.
• Collaborate with F&B, culinary, and service teams to optimize seating.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow using SevenRooms.
• Capture guest preferences and ensure seamless handovers to service teams.
