Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Cabana Receptionist – Pool Services to join our Pool Services team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will warmly greet guests, manage cabana check-in/out, and coordinate with F&B and housekeeping to deliver memorable, Forbes Five‑Star service in a luxury resort environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in guest services, excellent communication, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality or guest service certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years in guest services, front office, reservations, concierge, or luxury hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage cabana check-in and check-out procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain a luxury reception area and uphold Forbes Five-Star standards.
