Qualifications

3–5 years of front-of-house/reception management experience in luxury hospitality.
Fluent English with professional guest communication.
Additional language proficiency highly valued (e.g., Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Italian).
Experience with Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star standards and familiarity with SevenRooms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage pre-arrival guest communications, reservations, preferences, and VIP arrangements.
Review guest profiles to personalize service.
Coordinate VIP experiences with management, culinary, and service teams.
Deliver a warm, polished arrival experience aligned with Forbes standards.
Recognize and manage VIP, repeat, and high-profile guests, ensuring seamless handover to the service team.
Oversee reservations, waitlists, walk-ins, and queue management (SevenRooms).
Lead, schedule, coach, and develop the reception team in guest engagement and service standards.
Conduct daily briefings on reservations, VIPs, and service pacing; reinforce anticipatory service.
Capture guest feedback and support service recovery to improve the guest experience.
