Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Supervisor – Pool Services to lead the resort’s pool, beach, and recreation teams, ensuring Forbes Five-Star standards are met.

You will assign daily tasks, monitor guest service, coach attendants, coordinate with other departments, and uphold luxury presentation throughout the pool and beach areas. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple zones during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across pool, beach, cabana, and recreation areas.
• Assign locations, shifts, and coverage based on business needs.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to attendants.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star standards and luxury presentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
