Raffles The Palm Dubai invites a skilled Butler to remain a continuous presence for guests from pre-arrival to post-departure, delivering a personalised luxury experience. The role covers two service models: Butler in Residence for VIP suites and Butler on Call for flexible guest support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury hotels, a hospitality degree, fluent English, Opera PMS knowledge, and Butler certification. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of guest-facing experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment.
• University degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Butler service as a presence for suites and VIP guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Concierge and others to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalise arrival and stay experiences.
• Attend shift briefings and training to uphold Raffles standards.
