Job summary

Sofitel Dubai The Palm seeks a highly professional Butler to deliver personalized luxury service to our discerning guests. You will anticipate needs, coordinate with departments, and uphold the resort's exacting standards for discretion, etiquette, and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include packing/unpacking assistance, managing guest requests, event support, and meticulous records of preferences while maintaining a polished, professional appearance in a multicultural luxury

Qualifications

• Experience as a Butler or in high-end hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs
• Knowledge of etiquette and luxury service standards
• Discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Strong time management and organization
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work across cultures
• Basic computer skills for guest correspondence
• Fluency in English; additional languages is a plus

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with discretion
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service
• Manage guest requests including packing/unpacking and laundry
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required
• Assist with event planning and private functions
• Maintain organized guest suites and public areas
