Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a dedicated Butler to deliver highly personalised, discreet service throughout the guest journey, anticipating needs and managing preferences to create memorable experiences.

As a brand ambassador, you will collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Spa and F&B teams to ensure seamless arrivals, personalised experiences, and the highest level of privacy, in keeping with Banyan Tree standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler or luxury guest relations role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest journey management.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience in luxury resorts or villa operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a seamless arrival experience.
• Escort guests to their accommodation and introduce room features, resort facilities, and available services.
• Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments, activities, and special experiences.
• Deliver amenities, gifts, and personalised welcome arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer thoughtful recommendations and assistance.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly, accurately, and discreetly.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, and other departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on preferences and special requests.
