St. Regis Dubai seeks an Executive Butler to lead the Butler team and deliver ultra-luxury services across the guest journey. You will manage pre-arrival and on-site activities, supervise the Butler Service Desk, and collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure seamless experiences for VIP guests.

The role requires a track record in butler services or guest relations, a formal training background, and strong leadership to uphold the brand’s uncompromising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in butler services, guest relations, or related professional area; completion of a formal butler training program.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; completion of a formal butler training program; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day butler services operations to exceed guest expectations during pre-arrival, on-site, and departure phases.
• Supervises VIP guest experiences, builds rapport, and anticipates guest needs.
• Leads Butler Service Desk and coordinates with Front Office and Housekeeping for a seamless guest journey.
• Sets standards, trains staff, and mentors team members to deliver bespoke services.
• Manages departmental costs and contributes to budget goals.
