Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs with warmth and efficiency, and serve as the first point of contact for a luxury experience.

The ideal candidate has luxury hotel front desk experience, impeccable grooming, and excellent communication skills, and will balance guest requests with hotel standards while upholding MO’s renowned service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in luxury hotel front desk preferred.
• Immaculate grooming and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests in a friendly and caring manner according to standards.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and assist with registration cards.
• Accommodate special requests and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Verify payment methods and handle cash or cashier procedures.
• Balance cash at end of shift and respond to guest inquiries.
