Job summary

InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking an energetic Bellperson to warmly welcome residents and guests, assist with luggage, and provide information to create a smooth, memorable stay.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other teams, maintain luggage storage areas, help guests with transportation, and uphold high-service standards in our luxury residence, with flexible shifts and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bell/porter role in luxury hospitality.
• Experience in a serviced residence or high-end hotel is a plus.
• Strong guest-service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming residents and guests with warmth on arrival and departure.
• Handling, transporting, and storing luggage safely and efficiently.
• Escorting guests to residences and introducing facilities and services.
• Coordinating with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security and other departments.
• Assisting with transportation arrangements and general inquiries.
