Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group invites energetic Bellperson applicants for InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi. You will greet residents and guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to facilities.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, maintain the lobby and bell desk, and uphold grooming standards to deliver memorable service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bellperson or similar guest-facing role.
• Experience in luxury hotel or serviced residence preferred.
• Warm, friendly, and professional personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English proficiency; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests on arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort residents/guests to residences and introduce facilities and services.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security and others for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and items; maintain organized luggage storage area.
• Maintain entrance, lobby, and bell desk in a clean, welcoming condition.
• Demonstrate IHG values through positive interactions with residents, guests, and colleagues.
