Job summary

InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking a polished Butler to deliver highly personalized service to residents and guests within a luxury hospitality setting. You will anticipate needs, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure seamless experiences for discerning residents.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and a warm, professional demeanor, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler or in a luxury hospitality guest relations role.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, serviced residence, or upscale environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, discreet approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized and discreet service to residents and guests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Welcome residents and guests, assist with arrivals, departures and personal arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively arrange services to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain grooming and service standards, and handle confidential information professionally.
