Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a Bell Person to deliver warm, personalised arrivals and departures for guests in a luxury residential hotel. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to residences, and explain facilities with a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security to ensure seamless service. A strong focus on personalisation, safety, and brand standards will be essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Experience in Front Office, Concierge, Bell Services, or Guest Services preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai attractions and local destinations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage and escort to accommodations.
• Provide directions, information about facilities and local attractions, and assist with transportation when needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and VIP handling.
• Maintain luggage storage areas, ensure security and accuracy of handling procedures.
• Present a professional appearance and reflect InterContinental luxury service standards in all interactions.
