Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests of amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Identify and explain room features (key, mini-bar, in-room safe, etc.).
• Transport luggage to/from rooms or bell area; assist with storage.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record advance requests.
• Provide directions and communicate parking procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Follow all policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure courtesy and a positive working relationship with colleagues.
