Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Door Person/Bell Person to deliver warm, personalised arrival and departure experiences for guests and residents. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort to residences, and coordinate transportation, ensuring a seamless, luxury hospitality experience.

You will report to the Assistant Front Office Manager and work to exceed expectations with a polished, professional presence, supporting multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in Doorperson, Bell Services, Concierge, Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai attractions, destinations, and local services is beneficial.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage, where operationally required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and residents warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Open and hold vehicle and entrance doors as appropriate.
• Assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles safely.
• Escort guests to guestrooms and residences and assist with luggage.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Front Office to support arriving and departing guests.
• Respond to guest requests and provide directions about Dubai attractions and local services.
• Maintain the entrance, bell desk, and luggage areas in a clean, organised, and professional state.
