Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Leader for Maison Margiela in Abu Dhabi to drive luxury customer experiences and team performance. You will lead VIP guest relationships, maintain brand standards, and coordinate store operations with a hands-on, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, preferably luxury beauty or fragrance.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Commercial awareness to contribute to sales targets.
• Experience in clienteling and VIP relationship management.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operational standards.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and independent work capability.
• Stay informed about market trends and new products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage VIP guest relationships.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, grooming and stock.
• Support store operations: staffing, floor coverage, stock movement and audits.
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures, policies, health, safety and security.
• Support store projects, promotions and community events to drive sales.
• Leverage digital tools and clienteling platforms to enhance relationships.
