Job summary

Al Tayer Motors is seeking a dynamic leader to head the service function for our luxury automotive brand in the UAE. You will develop and implement plans and programs to achieve service targets in terms of revenue, quality and customer satisfaction, while coordinating with service advisors, workshop and parts teams.

The role requires 3-5 years in automotive service, strong people leadership, the ability to perform under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with professional demeanor.
• 3-5 years experience in the automotive service industry.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Receive customers professionally and provide accurate service information.
• Inform Service Advisors of customer needs and record details.
• Ensure service target adherence, monitor contracts, and rebook on delays.
• Organize shuttle service and maintain logs for courtesy cars.
• Handle complaints and coordinate with workshop to resolve issues.
• Follow up on repeat complaints with workshop to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with call center to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and update service boards.
• Liaise with parts department on delays and support service team.
• Assist sales in confirming contract details and processing updates.
• Monitor test drives and gate pass system.
• Lead and develop subordinates for higher roles.
