Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
• Proven leadership experience in spa/retail, preferably luxury hotels.
• Strong financial, budget, and P&L management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies for spa and retail to meet financial goals.
• Lead teams to uphold luxury standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to align spa and retail with brand positioning.
• Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling, performance, and quality of service.
