Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts seek a Director of Wellness Operations to lead and optimize spa, fitness and wellness across their Dubai portfolio. The role drives brand standards, operational excellence, and guest experiences for pre-openings, renovations and ongoing operations.

The candidate will work closely with regional teams and hotel leadership to ensure commercially sustainable wellness programs, staffing models, and training tools align with luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Senior experience in luxury hotel spa & wellness operations.
• Experience supporting multiple hotels, pre-openings or renovations.
• Strong commercial understanding of spa & wellness performance.
• Experience implementing operational standards, training and service concepts.
• International luxury hospitality experience desirable.
• Degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operational performance and development of spa, fitness and wellness across the portfolio.
• Ensure wellness visions/standards are implemented across properties.
• Review commercial/operational performance including revenue, payroll, and KPI.
• Support pre-openings from planning through launch (staffing, menus, systems).
• Assist renovations to keep wellness concepts practical and sustainable.
• Conduct property visits and identify priorities for action with hotel teams.
• Develop and implement treatment menus, wellness programmes, and retail strategies.
• Collaborate with regional ops and pre-opening teams to integrate wellness into operations.
