Job summary

Hilton in Dubai seeks a Recruitment Manager for Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts to lead the full-cycle recruitment function for the luxury portfolio, partnering with hotel leadership to attract top talent while upholding brand standards.

You will develop sourcing strategies, oversee the ATS (Taleo), manage offers, ensure compliance with local laws, and mentor a recruitment team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels or corporate recruitment environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of hospitality workforce planning and market trends.
• Ability to partner with Department Heads and senior leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all hotel positions including sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using Taleo, networks, and social media.
• Oversee job postings to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely, professional communication.
• Manage offers in coordination with HR leadership, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee ATS integrity, tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR to onboard and hand over new hires, including visa processing.
• Coach and develop recruitment team, monitor KPIs and provide feedback.
