You will coach teams, drive revenue through memberships and retail, manage budgets and payroll, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate wellness services and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in spa or luxury hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of spa, wellness, and luxury guest service operations.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue through memberships and retail.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of Spa, Wellness, and Fitness operations, ensuring luxury service and operational excellence.
• Drive team performance through coaching, training, mentoring, and development initiatives.
• Support revenue growth through membership sales, retail performance, upselling programs, and wellness experiences.
• Enhance spa offerings by identifying industry trends and introducing innovative treatments, services, and retail products.
• Oversee the Spa Membership Program, ensuring sales, retention, engagement, and satisfaction targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest and member experiences by handling feedback and personalizing service.
• Manage payroll, inventory control, contracts, and vendor payments.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards, health and safety requirements, and policies.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to drive departmental objectives and guest satisfaction.
