Job summary

SO/ in Dubai seeks a friendly Residences Lounge Assistant to ensure exceptional lounge experiences for residents and guests. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries and reservations, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.

This role requires excellent English communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a welcoming demeanor.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Basic computer and reservation system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with lounge reservations and inquiries.
• Keep lounge clean and well-presented.
• Prepare and serve light refreshments and beverages.
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support events setup in the lounge.
• Provide information on local attractions and dining.
• Record guest interactions and feedback accurately.
