Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking an Executive Lounge- F&B Assistant to deliver exceptional guest comfort and streamline service. You will welcome executive guests, handle enquiries, and assist with check-ins/check-outs while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

A background in F&B, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across a busy hotel are essential; Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or French skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Mandarin, Arabic, Russian or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome executive guests on arrival and assist during their stay, handling enquiries and complaints promptly.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Ensure guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to standard.
• Stay current with hotel services and VIP requests and events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local attractions and landmarks.
