Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Club Lounge F&B Agent at Club InterContinental, Dubai Festival City. You will welcome guests, deliver exceptional hospitality, and assist with reservations and guest requests in a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires strong communication, English fluency, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Experience in a front desk or guest service role at a 5-star property is preferred, with Opera as a key reservations

Qualifications

• Two years of front desk or guest service experience in a 5-star property.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve all guests per company standards.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Demonstrate the highest standard of hospitality at all times.
• Record and act on guest preferences and concerns; relay to supervisor as needed.
• Be a trusted contact for guests; assist with local knowledge and escalate to management when necessary.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
• Maintain a polished appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
• Know the day’s events and activities; assist guests accordingly.
• Support colleagues with ad-hoc duties as needed.
