IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Festival City is seeking a Club Lounge F&B Agent for Club InterContinental. You will greet guests, support members, and uphold the highest hospitality standards across a luxury hotel complex.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for guests and colleagues, with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with reading, writing, basic maths, and computer use; experience with Opera reservations system.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college/university degree is a bonus but not required.
• Ideally 2+ years in front desk or guest service in a 5‑star property.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve all guests as per company standards.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Demonstrate the highest standard of hospitality at all times.
• Communicate any difficulties with your superior.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs – record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns.
• Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help with any issues and loop in management when necessary.
• Stay safe at all times by following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
• Take pride in appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
• Know what events and activities are on the day’s schedule.
• Fill in for colleagues on ad‑hoc duties when needed.
