Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to join the Front Office team. You will provide personalized guest services, manage in-room amenities and create memorable Magic Moments while upholding MO standards of luxury and discretion.

The role requires excellent English, a guest-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to deliver seamless service in a 5-star environment.

Responsibilities

• Remain readily available to assist with any matter related to ensuring a pleasant, personalized stay for hotel guests.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Department and Butler Service Team for seamless in-room amenities and guest requests.
• Liaise with Guest Relations and Front Office to obtain and communicate relevant guest information for personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, products, VIP arrivals, special occasions, and events to respond confidently to inquiries.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to service, anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
