Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a 5-star hotel, with at least 1 year in Front Office and strong English communication skills. UAE experience is a plus, with a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Senior School qualification.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel.
At least 1 year Front Office experience.
Experience in the Middle East region is an advantage.
Strong command of MS Office products and hotel-specific systems.

Responsibilities

Greet, check in, and escort guests to their rooms promptly.
Address guest preferences from history profiles.
Handle cash drawer according to policy and check float at shifts.
Provide quality service with colleagues during check-in/out and stay.
Coordinate guest services with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service.
Maintain knowledge of hotel outlets and products.
Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure per MOHG standards.
Communicate with Night Duty Manager and Accounting.
Prepare daily arrival, in-house, and next-day arrival buckets.
