Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island invites applications for a Head Bartender - Pool Chaises & Cabana to lead the bar team within our luxury resort.

The role requires 2–3 years of bartending leadership in upscale venues, strong cocktail knowledge, and excellent guest service. You will manage inventory, uphold service standards, and collaborate with the Bar Manager on menus and guest satisfaction. Flexibility in shifts and fluent English are essential for success.

Qualifications

Secondary school education required; higher credentials are a plus.
Minimum age 21 due to gaming operations and regulatory standards.
2–3 years bartending experience in luxury hospitality.
Proven leadership in managing bar teams and coordinating service operations.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and beverage trends.
Experience with bar inventory, par levels, ordering, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Follow the established Cycle of Service to ensure guest experiences.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to deliver high-quality service and morale.
Oversee inventory management including ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with Bar Manager to develop cocktails and update menus.
Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
