Job summary

Ideal Gateway Shipping LLC in Dubai seeks a motivated Sales Executive to drive freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services. You will identify new customers, expand cross-border business, and build long-term relationships with importers and exporters.

You should have proven B2B logistics sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude to meet sales targets in the UAE and international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or related B2B sales.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures and customs clearance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers.
• Knowledge of UAE logistics market and Jebel Ali Port is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Develop business opportunities in sea freight, air freight, and land transportation.
• Promote customs clearance services for import/export shipments.
• Build relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and logistics decision-makers.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email outreach, and client visits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, follow up on sales opportunities, and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
