Job summary

Masterglobal Logistics LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Executive (Logistics) to expand the client base and promote a range of freight forwarding and logistics services. The role requires understanding of international logistics operations, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of logistics sales experience, with a UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes (Air, Sea, and Land Freight).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics (Air, Sea, and Land).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver customized quotations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company services.
