Job summary

Green Plus Shipping L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business in freight forwarding and logistics. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in shipping or B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a drive to meet monthly targets. UAE driving license is a plus; in-person work with visa provided.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in shipping sales, freight forwarding, logistics, or B2B sales.
Proven ability to generate new customers and bring in new business.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and commercially aware; able to work independently.
Good command of English; additional language (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the UAE.
Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Promote Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Freight, and Customs Clearance services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Understand customer shipping requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
