Job summary

Goldapple is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager based in Dubai to drive the Middle East logistics strategy and optimize performance across warehouses, transportation and distribution for the FMCG/retail sector.

The role requires 5–7 years in logistics with at least 5 years in a leadership position, strong English and Russian; Arabic is advantageous, and hands-on 3PL coordination is expected.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years in logistics/supply chain with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Arabic is an advantage.
• Deep expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory, distribution and order fulfillment.
• Experience in B2C e-commerce and working with 3PL partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management ofthe logistics processes in the Middle East
• Lead warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations: supervise warehouses, control the movement of goods within the region, and ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers
• Strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
• Employee development and training, improving employees’ qualification and boosting motivation
• Analyze and research customer needs to develop the optimal approach for meeting them

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highereducation in Logistics or a related field
• 5-7 years ofmanagement experience in logistics and supply chain management within FMCG,beauty, fashion, or pharmaceuticals, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadershiprole
• Fluency in English and Russian (both spoken and written), Arabic – as an advantage
• Deep industry expertise in transportation, warehousing (WMS), inventory management, distribution, and order fulfillment
• Experience in B2C e-commerce
• Hands-on experience working with 3PL partners (managing tenders, evaluating KPIs, system integration)
• Project experience (cost optimization, system integration, etc.) will be an an advantage
