The Logistics Leader will manage operational performance across Amazon 's Special Handling Network, supporting AMXL activities designed for products requiring specialized fulfillment, transportation, or delivery processes. The role combines multi-site leadership, operational governance, compliance monitoring, Lean improvement, data analysis, and people management. The leader will work across multiple facilities and coordinate with internal teams, external partners, MENA Process Owners, ACES, and local Process Managers to maintain consistent operating standards. By identifying performance patterns, conducting detailed audits, and converting operational data into improvement actions, the Logistics Leader will help strengthen reliability, efficiency, safety, and customer experience across the network.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience managing employees and performance within an operational environment.
A bachelor 's degree or equivalent qualification is required, although candidates with at least two years of Amazon full-time employee experience may also meet the relevant qualification criteria.
The position is particularly suitable for professionals with experience in logistics, fulfillment, transportation, warehouse operations, specialty handling, multi-site management, or other high-volume operational environments.
Strong analytical ability is important because the role requires detailed review of operational data, performance trends, compliance results, and recurring process issues.
