Qualifications

• 2–4 years in logistics customer service, telesales or inside sales.
• Commercial confidence with operational accuracy and understanding of freight/ courier terminology.
• Strong telephone, email, CRM and quotation skills.
• English is required; Arabic or another trade-lane language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries through phone, email, web, app, WhatsApp and referrals; capture complete shipment/customer information in CRM.
• Qualify need, lane, commodity, frequency, volume, service expectation, credit requirement and decision timeline.
• Coordinate buy rates and operational feasibility; prepare quotations using approved tariffs, margins, surcharges, validity and terms.
• Follow up quotations, record outcomes and schedule qualified meetings for Business Development or the General Manager.
• Onboard approved customers by collecting KYC, billing, contacts, SOP, integration and credit documents.
