XOOM Transglobal Logistics L.L.C. in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a senior sales leader to drive the commercial strategy and convert it into a disciplined pipeline for profitable customer acquisition.

The role strengthens sales governance, account retention and cross-functional coordination across Commercial, Customer Service and Operations. You will own pipeline governance, forecast accuracy and next actions, while guiding a team of Business Development and Inside Sales professionals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in UAE/GCC B2B logistics sales.
• 3+ years leading a sales team.
• Proven ability to sell express, freight, warehousing, e-commerce and last-mile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate revenue and gross-profit objectives into sector, territory, product and account plans.
• Lead, coach and review Business Development and Customer Service/Inside Sales performance.
• Own pipeline governance, opportunity stages, next actions, forecast accuracy and lost-reason analysis.
• Set prospecting cadence, meeting standards, quotation follow-up and key-account development plans.
• Coordinate solution design, operational feasibility, rate inputs and implementation plans with the Operations Manager.
• Review quotations and proposals within delegated margin, credit and contractual controls.
• Lead customer business reviews, retention plans and cross-selling initiatives.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitors, trade lanes, vertical needs and product gaps.
• Report weekly pipeline and monthly sales performance to General Manager.
