Job summary

ASN Motors FZCO is seeking a logistics coordinator focused on automotive exports in the UAE. You will coordinate vehicle shipping, prepare export documents, and manage bill of lading and customs clearance processes.

Responsibilities include liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents, tracking shipments, and keeping customers and sales teams updated on delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with export regulations for various destinations.

Qualifications

• Automotive logistics experience, vehicle export/shipping preferred.
• Knowledge of JAFZA, Dubai Trade, Dubai Chamber, and Dubai Customs systems.
• Proficient in export documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• English required; Arabic or additional languages a plus.
