Job summary

Brisk Logistics LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Customs Compliance Lead to develop and maintain strong working relationships with Dubai Customs, JAFZA authorities, Dubai Trade, and port operators. You will navigate inspections, audits, and regulatory changes to keep import/export and free zone operations compliant.

Responsibilities include resolving complex customs cases, supervising staff, and coordinating with government ministries and customers to ensure timely clearance and accurate ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Dubai Customs Broker Certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years UAE customs experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of Dubai Customs, JAFZA procedures, Dubai Trade, Mirsal 2, UAE Customs Law and Free Zone regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Dubai Customs, JAFZA, Dubai Trade, DP World, port operators, shipping lines, airlines and government agencies.
• Represent the company during customs inspections and audits.
• Resolve customs disputes and shipment holds; coordinate with authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Customs and JAFZA regulations across operations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement of logistics compliance.
• Train customs staff on new regulations and procedures.
