Job summary

Spatial Composite Solutions FZ LLC, based in Ras al-Khaimah, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments, and developing logistics strategies to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or logistics and have 3-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Knowledge of UAE Customs regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and ensure timely pickup.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timeline, and productivity.
• Tracking shipments to ensure we meet customer specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Developing and implementing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of shipping and delivery schedules, and other logistics data.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to logistics operations.
• Communicating with customers and other stakeholders to provide updates on logistics operations and resolve any issues.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree graduate in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in handling freight forwarder (Sea, Air, and Land transport).
• Knowledge in UAE Customs and Free zone rules and regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in logistics and supply chain management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
