Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals or substitute items according to recipes and standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer to thaw in the refrigerator as needed.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity of prepared food.
• Assist in training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and protect company assets.
