Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Set-up and break down work station; monitor and ensure food temperatures.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Follow safety and security policies and report maintenance needs to manager.
