Responsibilities

• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test foods to determine doneness.
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper temperature, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Set up and break down work stations; maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment.
• Assist team to ensure accurate portions and consistent guest experiences.
