You will set up and stock kitchen stations before service, monitor cooking times and temperatures, and collaborate with the head chef to maintain a fast-paced, efficient service. The role requires a high school diploma or culinary training, at least 2 years in a busy kitchen, and a Food Handler's Certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Food Handler's Certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in grilling, sautéing, and baking.
