Job summary

Al Tayer Group's luxury retail café in Dubai seeks a Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations, delivering dishes that meet approved recipes, presentation standards and brand expectations.

You will work with the Kitchen Supervisor, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service.

Requires 4+ years as a line cook, a high school diploma; culinary training is a plus. Weekend and shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years as a line cook or similar in a premium hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per approved recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and plating across dishes.
