Role Description

Our Fujairah lime plant is live, integrated with mining, and designed for continuous operation. What we’re looking for is not supervision or coordination.

We’re looking for someone who can run a complex process plant with discipline.

What this role owns

• End to end plant operations mining interface, kilns, crushing, hydration, utilities, packing, and dispatch
• Safety leadership with a zero-harm mindset, aligned to UAE and global standards • Kiln performance, fuel efficiency, product quality, and uptime
• Maintenance and reliability across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
• Full P&L responsibility, cost control, and capital planning
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and development of a strong operating culture
• Execution of expansions, debottlenecking, and modernization projects

Who this role is for

• 10+ years experience in merchant lime manufacturing.
• Prior leadership roles such as Plant Manager / Operations Head / Production Head
• Hands on exposure to global operators like Carmeuse, Lhoist, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of kiln technologies (PFR, rotary, shaft) and downstream processes
• Proven ability to run safe, efficient, high-throughput operations at scale

Middle East experience is a plus operational maturity is non negotiable.

This is a real operating role, not a stepping stone.
