Job summary

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl is seeking a vibrant Sales Manager to lead the Leisure segment. You will organize site visits, calls, and sales activities while negotiating and closing deals with leisure accounts to grow market share.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, strong English proficiency, and solid arrangement and marketing abilities. Hospitality/tourism education is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Manager - Leisure in a larger operation.
• Fluent English language required.
• Strong arrangement and marketing abilities.
• Excellent problem solving, administrative and social skills.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes site visits, sales calls, sales blitzes and other sales activities.
• Negotiates and closes deals; develops relationships with leisure accounts.
• Gathers insights on local/international accounts and grows market share.
• Collaborates with accounts to drive business and supports Revenue Management with data coverage.
