Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel House the Greens seeks an Assistant Sales Manager (Leisure) to drive wholesale accounts and leisure occupancy. You will leverage a strong network of partners, travel agents and DMCs to exceed targets and expand market share with a strategic, account-driven approach.

Showcase a hospitality degree and at least two years in a Leisure sales role within luxury hotels, collaborating across channels to optimize performance and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Existing relationships with top Wholesale partners, travel agents and DMCs.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism from an accredited university.
• At least two years’ experience in a Sales Executive - Leisure role in a 5* hotel.

Responsibilities

• Execute the whole sale strategy to promote sales and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with off-property channels to coordinate sales efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, promotions, trends, and customer needs.
• Manage forecasts, targets and reports for the reporting manager.
• Negotiate and produce Wholesale FIT & Group proposals/contracts.
