Job summary

BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the commercial performance of Baggins Law, our cloud-based legal practice management and AI-powered platform for law firms and practitioners. This is a fully remote role with no sales team and requires strong industry knowledge to independently drive revenue and customer acquisition.

You will own market-specific growth, engage with law firms and practitioners, demonstrate the platform's capabilities, and coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional experience in legal practice management or law firm operations.
• Experience with legal tech, case management or document automation.
• Proven ability to acquire customers and grow SaaS subscriptions in the legal sector.
• Strong communication skills with law firms, partners and practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify and acquire law firms and legal practitioners for the platform.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition plans.
• Demonstrate platform features including case management, e-signatures, billing and client portals.
• Convert free trials into paying subscribers and maintain revenue growth.
• Build relationships with law firm decision-makers and legal associations.
