Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a Leasing Progression Representative to manage outdoor, client-facing activities and oversee leasing transactions for landlords and tenants. You will handle document signings, cheque handovers, and schedule coordination with the Leasing Progression Officer.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working directly with clients across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all leasing steps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, leasing, customer service, delivery coordination, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident when dealing with landlords and tenants.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling documents and cheques.
• Reliable and comfortable working outdoors and travelling between different locations.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and urgent requests effectively.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a must.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant, including VIP, visits and document-signing appointments.
• Coordinate and attend landlord visits and signing appointments as required.
• Collect signed documents and required physical paperwork from landlords.
• Receive, collect, and hand over cheques and other required documents between branches and landlords.
• Conduct landlord cheque and document handovers when required.
• Support VIP and home-visit tenant services when assigned.
• Verify that all received documents are complete and accurate before handing them back to the Leasing Progression Officer (LPO).
• Coordinate visit schedules and appointments closely with LPOs.
• Maintain accurate records of all document and cheque collections and handovers.
• Immediately report any missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents to the relevant LPO.
• Support urgent physical document and cheque requests when required.
• Ensure all client-facing activities are handled professionally and in line with company procedures.
